Cotton Custom Homes was founded in 1997 by Bill Cotton, who began his career in the custom home building industry as an interior trim carpenter. Driven by a passion for custom designs, Bill expanded his craft from fine interior details to building entire homes. What began as a small team with big ambitions has grown into a trusted name in the custom home community—known for integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep commitment to our clients.
