Bill Cotton |
Founder and President, husband, father, son, builder. Born and raised in Springfield Virginia. Attended George Mason University. Founded Cotton Contracting in 1994 and branched off Cotton Custom Homes in 2003.

Bryant Johnson |
| Construction Manager. Bryant Johnson has been working in the Raleigh area as construction superintendent for six years. He holds experience with townhome projects, semi-custom homes and large custom homes.
Bryant joined Cotton Custom Homes in 2005 and enjoys the hands approach and detail he can provide each home under construction.
He graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with a degree in Construction Management. He is from Southeastern Virginia and holds a strong work ethic formed on his family's farm. During his high school years, he spent his free time drafting and mastering residential design. Bryant still enjoys designing homes and studying new and old architectural features to incorporate new homes. He has past experience in home building including framing and interior trim from part-time jobs during college.
Bryant takes pride in all the homes he builds and holds a high level of detail for the finished product. He enjoys working with customers during the construction process to ensure that clients satisfaction is meet with progress and the specifications of their new home. Bryant works hands on with many subcontractors during construction to oversee quality control and to provide necessary attention to details.
Today, Bryant can be found managing the construction of your new home and striving to provide a high quality home is on its way to completion.
